At Perfect Accent, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return (See below for exceptions) to Perfect Accent within 7 days of purchase date.

• Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

• Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.

• No returns or exchanges on monogram cake toppers, designer headpieces, custom made jewelry, sashes, etc.

• Damaged items will be replaced with the same item only, and can't be refunded.

Pre-approval of returns is required. Please email us immediately at if a return or exchange is requested. You must have a return authorization to return the item and this will be provided by email.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount minus a 20% return/restocking fee of the item purchased . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Proof of lower priced item must be sent to  Products have to be exactly the same.  We will not match wholesale prices or Amazon.  If approved, appraisal will be given through email with further instructions as to how to proceed with transaction.

What if an Item is not available or not in stock?
We will contact you immediately if an item is not available. If the item is out of stock we will provide you with the option of a refund of the total amount charged or an expected date of delivery. Your total amount charged will be refunded immediately if the item is no longer carried by us.

*While we do everything possible to maintain an accurate inventory online, we are not responsible for typographical errors of items.
